Calling a web service from Custom Code Block
section? Or is it neccesary to wrtie a custom assembly to do it?
Thanks. It will be necessary to write a custom assembly to do it - unless you
unsecure the permissions of the Report Expressions - which is not a good
idea.
You'll need to learn about Code Access Security to do this properly and our
book's Chapter 9 will give you a great deal of information to get you up and
running with writing Custom Assemblies and Securing them for use in
Reporting Services.

Calculations among Subreports
SUBREPORT 1 SUBREPORT2 SUBREPORT3
55 65 120
100 35
61 45
Problem is only result for first record on subreports is being displayed whereas i want for all.I am doing all this by using shared variables on subreports.I 've also used whileprintingrecords statement before defining shared variables. Is there any way to solve this problem. Can you explain a bit in detail?

Calculating percentages
I am creating a report like this.
I have totals by SalesPerson.
FOr each salesperson section, I have a total for the type of orders they have such as
Salesperson Code Total Sales
XXXX 1000.00 ( this is sum field by SalesPerson). This is group section
Type of order Sales$ for order % of total
Retail 300 (Sum field again by SP and Type of Order) Group Section
Resale 500
Other 200
I am trying to calculate the % of total field for each order type as Sales$per Order/TotalSales per Salesperson, however when I put in the expression it is using the Total Sales for the whole report and it comes up with a low number. DO any of you have any ideas on how to make this work, so that I can calculate the correct percentage ?
Thanks
In the percentage expression, add the grouping scope for the data that you would like the total sales to aggregate over. For example,=Sum(Fields!Sales.Value)/Sum(Fields!Sales.Value, "SalesPerson") * 100
